• Placing an Order : You can place an order by selecting the desired products and following the instructions on the Site. The order will be confirmed after payment validation.

• Availability : Our products are subject to availability. If unavailable, we will notify you and offer you a refund or an alternative.

6. Delivery

• Delivery Times : Delivery times are estimated at 1 to 3 weeks (working days) for mainland France and 2 to 6 weeks (working days) for other destinations. Please note that these times include preparation and shipping. Once the package has been shipped by La Poste, the delivery time is 72 hours (working days) for mainland France and 4 to 15 days (working days) for other destinations. These times are given as an indication and may vary depending on circumstances.
• Delivery Address : You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your delivery information. In the event of an error, we cannot be held responsible for delays or undelivered packages.

7. Return and Refund

• Withdrawal Period : You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Return Conditions : Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.
• Return Procedure : Please contact us at islandsport.ca@gmail.com to obtain a return slip. The return address will be provided with the slip.
• Return Processing : Returns will be processed within 2 to 7 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned product. In case of difficulty with the refund, we may ask you for an IBAN.

8. Guarantees and Responsibilities

• Guarantee : Our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
• Liability : We cannot be held liable for indirect or unforeseeable damages linked to the use of our products or browsing on our Site.
